Pricing questions
Is VAT included?+
All prices are final prices. As a German small business under §19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung), we do not charge VAT. Depending on where your business is based, your own local tax rules may still apply to the purchase — please check with your tax advisor.
What counts as a questionnaire?+
One uploaded spreadsheet is one questionnaire, regardless of how many questions it contains — up to your plan’s per-questionnaire limit. Re-uploading the same file within the same billing period does not count twice; a genuinely different file does.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Paid plans are billed monthly (or yearly at the discounted rate) and can be cancelled at any time from Billing — you keep access until the end of the current period.
Which AI model is used, and is my data used for training?+
Drafting runs on Mistral AI models, an EU company (Paris, France) with EU-hosted inference. Your documents and answers are not used to train models — ours or anyone else’s.
What happens when the AI is not sure?+
It abstains. Questions without sufficient evidence in your documents are flagged “needs evidence” for a human instead of being answered with plausible-sounding text. A second verification model re-checks every draft against its citations.
Do you sign a DPA?+
Yes, and you can read it before you sign up — our Art. 28 GDPR data processing agreement is published in full, applies to every plan including Free, and lists all subprocessors. Ask if you need a countersigned copy.
What if I need more than my plan includes?+
